Sales and support Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service.
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns.
  • Study technical specifications.
  • Write and produce press releases and presentations.
  • Write reports.
  • Oversee market research.
  • Manages the company's high-profile clientele.
  • Identify new customers & offering a suitable product mix after analyzing customer needs.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and support clients and the sales team.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) , Correspondences Emails & Constant documentation through our CRM 

Job Context

  • Reviewing and delivering executive work to existing clients
  • Understand and study the demands of new customers and provide them with appropriate solutions and appropriate offers
  • Follow-up and quality control for new and existing customers
  • Preparing and organizing the necessary product and service offerings according to the needs of customers
  • Capture opportunities and direct the marketing department

Educational Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Computer science or any related field(s)

Experience Requirements

  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct Business English conversation
  • A software sales background is highly desirable
  • Software or B to B Sector experience is a Huge Plus
  • Previous experience in using CRM is a Huge Plus

Additional Requirements

  • Nearby Site (Haram Giza) is preferable.
