Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

We urgently looking for Junior Account support to grow relationships with current clients.

Responsible for supporting and assisting our customers to make sure that they have received their orders on time with a hassle-free experience.

  • Replying to Customers' queries.
  • Replying to drivers' queries.
  • Website and mobile apps moderation moderation Handling all the contract preparation processes.
  • Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients, drivers, and order scheduling.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of any university background, preferred if IT background
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Presentable (dressing, talking, and appearance)
  • High communication skills, with ease of building rapport.
  • Challenging personality, with high ability of personal goal setting.
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and serious.
  • Eager to learn, with high growth need strength
  • Dynamic and highly mobile

Additional Requirements

  • You must have a basic understanding of web design lingo and know-how to speak professionally with a potential client of Digital Marketing; Google Ads; Facebook Ads web design.
