Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and social media to generate leads.
  • Schedule and attend discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate the value of our services
  • Pass qualified leads to our sales team for follow-up and closure
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to better serve our clients

Job Context

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our web design and hosting agency. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to research and reach out to potential clients effectively. The successful candidate will have a passion for web design and hosting and a drive to exceed lead generation targets and quotas.

The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the needs of each potential client and provide customized solutions. Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least one year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the web design and hosting industry and experience with web design solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets and quotas
