Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue target
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through after sales follow up
  • Manages the company's high-profile clientele.
  • Identify new customers & offering a suitable product mix after analyzing customer needs
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) , Correspondences Emails & Constant documentation through our CRM 

Job Context

  • Identify new customers & offering suitable product mix after analyzing customer needs

Educational Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Computer science or any related field(s)

Experience Requirements

  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct Business English conversation
  • Software sales background is highly desirable
  • Software or F&B Sector experience is a Huge Plus
  • Previous experience in using CRM is a Huge Plus

Additional Requirements

  • Nearby Site (Haram Giza) is preferable.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • Excellent communicator
  • Time Management Skills
